Indie game developer, Psyonix, has announced today that the sports-action hit, Rocket League, will arrive on the Switch console come this holiday season.
The announcement was made during the Nintendo spotlight at E3 2017. The game on the Switch console will include similar features, upgrades and content that millions of other players worldwide have come to know and love on other gaming platforms. Nintendo Switch will also include some exclusives such as Battle-Cars and Customization items. Some of which are Mario and Luigi (you may have heard of them) hat toppers to decorate your car along with some other goodies to be announced later in the year.
Rocket League will support all of the numerous play modes on Nintendo Switch, including TV mode, Tabletop mode, Handheld mode, both online and local multiplayer, and be available for 1-8 players. Now comes the exciting part (clears throat) It will also launch with Cross Network support for players to compete against opponents on say a PS4, Xbox or PC! Further details will be announced soon.
