Nintendo is just winning this year at E3 and can’t be stopped. They’re tapping into everyone’s nostalgia senses, whispering all the right things in our ears and making us feel good all over. They’ve done it now with their announcement of Kirby for Nintendo Switch.
Nintendo has clearly shown their priorities lie on making local multiplayer games for the Switch. Given that, it’s easy to imagine Kirby will presumably feature local co-op multiplayer using the Joy-con controllers, although we can’t confirm that at this time.
Kirby is expected to release sometime in 2018.
