Microsoft’s HoloLens will no doubt change the way we look at entertainment, so of course it will come at a steep price. Dev kits coming out later this year will be priced around $3000. One of the main concern is battery life, HoloLens is reported to have 2.5-5.5 hours of battery life depending on the processing power needed for tasks and will likely get better in time. Another detail reveals that the field of vision for the device will be like looking at a 15″ monitor from around 2 feet away which isn’t that great as well. Connectivity will not be an issue as you will be able to link multiple headsets so consumers can enjoy the experience with others. Good news is this is just beginning phases of HoloLens so things will only get better. Stay tuned for more updates…
